This project has been headed by Ln Pepper Lim, a special fund raising project for the benefit of OKUs. The Cycle For Fund Project raised RM5000.00 from generous sponsors and kind hearted people.

The Lions assembled at Dataran DBKL at 5.00am. When participants arrived, goodie bags were handed out including a safety reflective sash with the Lions logo specially stuck to it.

The 8 km route took the participants around the city centre passing notable landmarks such as Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, The Petronas Twin Towers, KL’s popular nightlife area and Dataran Merdeka.

About a dozen OKUs joined in. Some pushed themselves while others had assistants help them complete the route. Everyone who completed the route were given refreshments and presented with a certificate.
